The Hispec HSSA/PE features a 9V battery backup (battery included) that will provide smoke detector operation for 1 year min. The HSSA/PE Hispec Smoke Alarm is an interconnectable with up to 20 other Hispec smoke alarms and/or heat alarms over 80 metres maximum using single white wire. The interconnectivity of the Hispec smoke alarms allows for all smoke and heat alarms to sound when any one in the loop is activated.
